Open Innovation in Alpine SMEs

ARDI Rhône-Alpes' mission is to help companies from the Rhône-Alpes Region in their sustainable development through innovation. Our project managers are established all over Rhône-Alpes. They work with CEOs and managers in order to evaluate their needs concerning their innovation projects then offer them possible solutions.

ARDI offers 3 different levels of services, each adapted to companies' needs. We inform them through newsletters, a website, studies... We direct them towards partners that can answer their needs (competencies centers, investors...). Lastly, we support them in the engineering of their innovation projects (technical, commercial and legal domains).

ARDI will organize the OpenAlps mid-term conference taking place during the first half of 2013. ARDI will also set up an open innovation lab which will gather innovation seeking SMEs and innovation solvers (R&TD centers, Open Innovation experts). An Open Innovation training module will be developed and proposed to SMEs. Lastly, ARDI will offer Open Innovation services to  regional companies.
