Kick-off meeting of the Open innovation Lab Rhône-Alpes

As a partner of the OpenAlps project, ARDI Rhône-Alpes invites you to the Open Innovation Lab Rhône-Alpes kick-off meeting. This Open Innovation Lab will focus on the wood-energy industry and more precisely on innovations concerning wood-fueled heating systems.

The Open Innovation Lab Rhône-Alpes is a workgroup gathering Rhône-Alpes’ SMEs, startups, clusters and laboratories, that you may be part of. Other stakeholders such as the TENNERDIS cluster, experts on these issues and authorities’ representatives will also take part in this Open Innovation Lab.

The purpose of an Open Innovation Lab is to develop products or process innovations in regional SMEs through open innovation. In order to answer company’s needs, expert’s evaluations and external resources will be mobilized.

The kick-off meeting will give us the opportunity to assess the current situation of the wood-energy industry in Rhône-Alpes, to present the different issues and challenges, and to inform on open innovation and on the upcoming activities of the Open Innovation Lab. A visit of the “Centrale thermique de la Poterne” will be organized.
